§ 2-7-102. Hazardous waste--Regulation and control
Currentness
Hazardous waste shall be subject to the provisions of the “Oklahoma Hazardous Waste Management Act” and shall not be subject to the provisions of the “Oklahoma Solid Waste Management Act”.1
