Rule 22. Felony Criminal Arraignments
All defendants in felony cases upon being bound over for trial by the magistrate shall be advised of the scheduled arraignment, which is to be set within 30 days of the bind-over unless affirmatively waived on the record by the defendant. All motions are to be presented at the time of arraignment unless a later date is set on the record.
