Rule 16.1. Purpose of Procedures
These procedures are provided to establish the manner of appealing in all cases from a pretrial order granting or denying immunity from prosecution pursuant to Section 1289.25(F) of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notwithstanding any other Rule of this Court which might otherwise apply. See 22 O.S. ยงยง 1051(D), 1053(7).
