Rule JV 5. Uncontested and Contested Adoption and Guardianship Matters
Currentness
The judge presiding over a deprived action shall also have subject matter jurisdiction and shall be assigned to hear and finalize the adoption or guardianship of the child that is the subject of the deprived action.
