Rule 35. Pretrial Conferences and Trial Dockets
After a civil case is at issue and after the time has expired for discovery, the case shall be placed on an upcoming regular published motion docket for Pretrial Conference. All cases at issue on the civil docket shall be set for trial on the merits at times designated by the presiding Judge. Reasonable notice of the time and place shall be given by the Clerk by mail to counsel of record or the parties. Divorce, criminal and other cases may be set for formal pretrial conference by Order of the Court at the request of a party or at the discretion of the presiding Judge.
