§ 4078. Applicability of Oklahoma Open Records Act and Oklahoma Open Meeting Act
Currentness
Nothing herein shall be construed to subject a charitable organization to the Oklahoma Open Records Act1 or the Oklahoma Open Meeting Act;2 provided, however, that the notices required by Section 4 of this act3 and the audited financial statements required by Section 6 of this act4 which are in the possession of the Oklahoma Insurance Department shall be deemed a “record” as defined in the Oklahoma Open Records Act.
