§ 4077. Information required to be submitted to Insurance Commissioner
Currentness
Except as otherwise required by this act,1 a qualified charitable organization shall not be required to submit information to the Insurance Commissioner except as necessary to determine any penalties pursuant to Section 10 of this act.2
