§ 3025. Powers and duties of Court--Continuances
Said Court shall have the power and it shall be its duty to hear and determine all protests filed under Section 24103 of this Code,1 and it shall have the power to administer oaths, compel the attendance of witnesses and production of evidence, including any public record from any county in the state upon the hearing of such protests. Said Court shall proceed to hear and determine all said protests as speedily as practicable, and, so far as practicable, shall hear all protests for any county on the same date; provided that continuances may be granted as to any protestant or any county upon good cause shown.
