§ 607.1. Operation of vehicle without proper display of identification credentials--Penalty
A penalty of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) shall be imposed for any person operating a vehicle subject to the provisions of Section 601 et seq. of this title and Section 701 et seq. of this title without the proper display of, or, carrying in such vehicle, the identification credentials issued by the Corporation Commission. Such penalty shall not exceed the amount established by the Corporation Commission pursuant to the provisions of subsection A of Section 3 of this act.1 Revenue from such penalties shall be apportioned as provided in Section 3 of this act.
A penalty of not less than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) shall be imposed for any person operating a vehicle subject to the provisions of Section 601 et seq. of this title and Section 701 et seq. of this title without the proper display of, or, carrying in such vehicle, the identification credentials issued by the Corporation Commission. Such penalty shall not exceed the amount established by the Corporation Commission pursuant to the provisions of subsection A of Section 3 of this act. Revenue from such penalties shall be apportioned as provided in Section 3 of this act.
