I. General

Twenty-Fifth Judicial District Court Rule 6
Rule 6. Exhibits--Removal or Withdrawal
No exhibit offered or admitted into evidence shall be removed from the Courtroom or from the possession of the custodian thereof without permission. A written receipt shall be given by a person withdrawing an exhibit.
It shall be mandatory that the offering party in any case shall take possession of all exhibits offered in a case at the conclusion of an appeal, or after the appeal time has elapsed if no appeal is taken, except in capital murder and workers' compensation cases.
