§ 2-1-101. Short title--Oklahoma Environmental Quality Code--Subsequent enactments
Currentness
A. Chapter 2 of this title1 shall be known and may be cited as the “Oklahoma Environmental Quality Code”.
B. All statutes hereinafter enacted and codified in Chapter 2 of this title shall be considered and deemed part of the Oklahoma Environmental Quality Code.
