§ 3001. Appropriation--Defined
Currentness
The term “appropriation” as used in Sections 2482-24113 of this Code1 is hereby declared to be synonymous with “estimate made and approved,” as defined in 62 O.S.1961, § 473, and the provisions, requirements, limitations and penalty of 62 O.S.1961, §§ 471 through 480, are hereby specifically declared to extend to and embrace “appropriations” as herein defined.
