§ 5032. Administration of weatherization funds of Low-Income Energy Assistance Block Grant
Community action agencies shall administer the weatherization funds of the Low-Income Energy Assistance Block Grant on a local level unless the Oklahoma Department of Commerce determines that the program can be more effectively administered through another entity.
