§ 35. Censure, suspension, revocation, continuance, renewal or refusal to issue certificate of authority or permit--Civil penalties
A. The Oklahoma Abstractors Board shall censure, suspend, revoke, continue, renew, or refuse to issue any certificate of authority or permit issued or applied for pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Abstractors Act, if, after a hearing, the Board finds any one or more of the following conditions:
B. In addition to or in lieu of any censure, denial, suspension, or revocation of a certificate or permit, any person, firm, corporation, or other entity violating the provisions of the Oklahoma Abstractors Act shall be subject to a civil penalty of not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for each occurrence. The fine may be enforced in the same manner in which civil judgments may be enforced.
