§ 424. Application of §§ 425 to 428 of this title
Currentness
The provisions of Sections 9 through 12 of this act1 shall not apply to a federally recognized Indian tribe or nation which has entered into a compact with the State of Oklahoma pursuant to the provisions of subsection C of Section 1 of this act2 or to a licensee of such a tribe or nation during the period that such compact is effective.
