Rule 1.155. Time for Completion of Record and Transmission of Record
(a) Time for Completion and Transmission. The record shall be ready for transmission to this Court not later than sixty (60) days from the date of the final order from which the appeal is taken.
(b) Extension of Time for Completion of Record. Upon application accompanied by affidavit of the court reporter for good cause shown, this Court may extend the time for completion of the record.
(c) Duties of Commissioner on Completion of Record. The Commissioner shall comply with Rule 1.76(f). Transmission of the record to this Court shall be by order of this Court.
