§ 2512. Privileged Matter Disclosed Under Compulsion or Without Opportunity to Claim Privilege
Currentness
A claim of privilege is not defeated by a disclosure which was:
1. Compelled erroneously; or
2. Made without opportunity to claim the privilege.
