Rule 1.116. Commencing Appeals
An appeal from the tribunal's decision shall be commenced by filing a petition in error in this Court within thirty days from the date of the decision with payment of statutory costs or affidavit in forma pauperis. 36 O.S. ยง 937. A petition in error will be deemed filed on date of mailing when mailed in accordance with Rule 1.4(c). See Rule 1.4(c) and (e).
