Rule 29(a). Motions--Limitations on Argument
Oral argument on motions shall be limited to an initial argument by movant, a responsive argument by respondent, and a final argument by movant, unless otherwise permitted by the presiding Judge who deems further argument necessary for his/her benefit. The presiding Judge may rule on any motion without oral argument at his/her discretion.
