Rule 30(a). Proposed Orders
In the event the Court calls upon a party or each of the parties to prepare and present a proposed order or judgment, the same shall be delivered directly to the presiding Judge in the Judge's duty station chambers. If requested by the Court, counsel shall include the order or judgment in electronic data format as directed, and for the Court to adopt as its order/judgment or modify as deemed necessary. A party is never to file a proposed order with the Court Clerk, unless it is included as an attachment or exhibit to a “Motion to Settle Journal Entry” and after dispute has arisen between/among the parties as to wording and the same cannot be settled among counsel. In such case it shall clearly be identified as “ATTACHMENT #__________” or “EXHIBIT#__________.” See Rule 20 herein.
