§ 347. Inapplicability of certain provision to certain tribes or nations or their licensees
Currentness
The provisions of Sections 3 through 6 of this act1 shall not apply to a federally recognized Indian tribe or nation which has entered into a compact with the State of Oklahoma pursuant to the provisions of subsection C of Section 1 of this act2 or to a licensee of such a tribe or nation during the period that such compact is effective.
