§ 3150.13. Applicability with other laws
Currentness
The business of making small loans in accordance with this act1 shall not be subject to or controlled by any other statute governing the imposition of interest, fees or loan charges. A licensee shall not have the powers enumerated in this act without first complying with the law regulating the particular transaction involved, but licensees legally exercising any of the powers set forth in this act shall not be deemed in violation of any other provision of law.
