Rule 30. Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law
Any request to the Judge for Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law must be timely made, and if the parties do not make such at the pretrial conference, then the same shall be presented in writing no less than five (5) days prior to trial. Suggested Findings and Conclusions shall be filed in the case file.
Additionally, at the conclusion of a nonjury evidentiary hearing if the court determines a matter to be taken under advisement, the Judge in his/her discretion may order the parties to submit written findings of fact and conclusions of law for consideration and pursuant to the presentation of competent evidence.
