§ 1306.5. Amendment of network provider facility or physician contracts--Mutual consent
A network provider facility or physician contract, or any part or section of it, may be amended at any time during the term of the contract only by mutual written consent of duly authorized representatives of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services and the facility or physician.
