§ 919. Penalties
Any person, firm, partnership, or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this act1 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon each conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not less than Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed six (6) months, or the court, in its discretion, may suspend or revoke the Oklahoma motor vehicle dealer's license issued under the provisions of 47 O.S.1951 § 22.15, or by such fine and imprisonment and suspension or revocation.
