§ 3-113. Postage
The Department is authorized to buy postage stamps and postal cards in an amount not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for any one (1) fiscal year for the purpose of prepaying the postage for the return of information or statistical materials, field operations and other like purposes.
