§ 4-103. Municipal zoning authority
Municipalities and counties are hereby authorized to create a new zoning classification to regulate the location of establishments that sell, serve, mix, dispense or allow consumption of alcoholic beverages on the premises. Such zoning classification may include but shall not be limited to reasonable parking, access regulations and other such zoning regulations as the local authorities may deem necessary for local control. This authority shall be in addition to the authority to enact ordinances established in Section 98 of this act.1
Municipal courts are hereby authorized jurisdiction to hear violations of any ordinances enacted pursuant to the provisions of this section and Section 98 of this act.
