Rule 26. Trial--Appearances, Witnesses and Exhibits
At the commencement of the trial of any civil or criminal case, the attorneys shall submit to the Judge and the reporter, if not previously done, a written statement of their appearances and a list of the witnesses which they expect to call. Drawings, charts and exhibits shall be made and marked before the start of the trial, except for any demonstrative exhibits which may be created during a trial. Counsel shall provide to the presiding Judge bench copies of exhibits intended for offer into evidence and an indexing of cited authority for the exhibit & cited authority for any known objection. The intended witnesses and exhibits shall be governed by the pretrial conference order in civil cases.
