Rule 25(a). Preliminary Inquiry by Office of Juvenile Affairs
Currentness
Pursuant to 10A § 2-1-103(26) and 10A § 2-2-104 the Office of Juvenile Affairs is mandated to make a preliminary inquiry involving matters within its jurisdiction to determine whether the interests of the public or of the child who is within the purview of the Oklahoma Juvenile Code require that court action be taken before a Petition is filed.
