§ 1419. Construction of act in conformity with federal law
When the language of the Oklahoma Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act is the same or similar to the language of Title 18 U.S.C., Sections 1961 through 1968, the courts of this state in construing the Oklahoma Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act may follow the construction given to federal law by the federal courts, provided that nothing in this section shall be deemed to provide for any private right of action or confer any civil remedy except as specifically set out in this act.1
