Rule 3.3. Default, Agreed or Uncontested Cases
Currentness
No special appointment need be made for the presentation of any default, agreed or uncontested case, whether civil, criminal, domestic, or otherwise. Counsel may present their Journal Entry (Decree, Order, etc.) and supporting evidence to the assigned Judge.
