Every person or corporation, or manager, superintendent, foreman or agent of any person or corporation, who shall fail or refuse to comply with the provisions of the preceding section,¹ shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00); and each day that said person or corporation, or its manager, superintendent, foreman or agent shall refuse or fail to comply with the provisions of said section shall constitute a separate and distinct violation thereof.
