Rule 3.2. Settlement of Cases--Assessment of Jury Expenses
Attorneys shall advise the Court as soon as possible after any case is settled. In the event settlement occurs too late to avoid jury expense, then the Trial Judge shall, in its discretion, assess the parties a fair share of the actual jury and bailiff expenses incurred for the particular case.
This rule applies whether the Jury was actually empaneled or not.
