Rule 5.4. Requested Jury Instructions
Currentness
Requests for instructions, other than those necessitated by unanticipated events during the trial, shall be presented to the Court in writing prior to the commencement of the trial as directed by the Court. Upon request of the Court, same shall be forwarded to the Court in electronic form.
