Rule 5.3. Findings of Fact, Request For
Any request to the Court for Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law must be made prior to or at the commencement of the trial. Within such time as may be allowed, counsel shall submit their suggested Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law which shall be filed and incorporated in the record of the case. Upon request of the Court, copies shall be forwarded to the Court in electronic form.
