Rule 4.7. Court-Appointed Counsel May Not Accept Compensation
Court-appointed attorneys representing defendants in criminal cases are to be paid from the Oklahoma Indigent Defense System. Such attorneys shall not accept compensation from any other source for the representation of an indigent defendant in a criminal case.
