Currentness
In the event a party has filed a Pauper's Affidavit in a civil action, the Court Clerk shall inform the Judge to whom the case is assigned who may inquire into the party's ability to pay. If the Court should determine that such party is not entitled to proceed without payment, the Court may order the action dismissed unless such party pays the costs and fees.
