Rule 21. Designation of Signing Judges
When the signature line for a Judge is affixed for a Notice of Hearing, Order, Journal Entry, or Judgment & Sentence place the typed or printed name of the presiding judge and the official position, viz: “Associate District Judge” or “District Judge”, or “Judge of the District Court”. Judicial signatures are not always easy to discern.
