Currentness
Areas of judicial responsibility are determined by the Chief Judge and vary from county to county. Check at the Court Clerk's office for assignment orders or other information about judicial assignments. If the assigned Judge is absent or unable to act, a lawyer should not hesitate to seek out another Judge.
