Rule JV 2. Referrals from Family Division
Currentness
Before referring a case from the Family Division to the Juvenile Division pursuant to 10 O.S. ยง 7002-1.2, the referring Judge shall notify the Chief Judge of the Juvenile Division. The case will be set for review in the Juvenile Division, and the Juvenile Judge hearing the case shall report the results of the investigation to the original Family Division Judge.
