§ 1-1948. Employment of sex or violent offenders prohibited
Currentness
The State Long-Term Care Ombudsman is prohibited from employing or designating any state, area or local long-term care ombudsman whether paid or unpaid, who is registered pursuant to the Sex Offenders Registration Act1 or the Mary Rippy Violent Crime Offenders Registration Act.2
