§ 953. Penalties
Currentness
Any person who wilfully fails to comply with the provisions of this act1 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not to exceed thirty (30) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
