Rule 3. Counsel to Abide by Ethics Code
Currentness
All persons practicing before the Court, whether lawyer or pro se, shall have read and abide by the current Oklahoma Rules of Professional Conduct, 5 O.S. Ch 1, Appx 3-A.
The 25th Judicial District also expects lawyers to perform in accordance with the Oklahoma Standards of Professionalism as approved by the Oklahoma Bar Association Board of Governors.
