Rule 4. Cases Tried in Court, Not Other Forum
It is the duty of all members of the Bar to affirmatively protect a litigant's right to a fair and impartial trial. It is professional irresponsibility and disrespect to the administration of justice to wilfully prosecute or defend any matter in the news media, via the internet or any other outside forum.
