§ 1-1926. Involuntary transfer or discharge of resident--Grounds
A facility shall not involuntarily transfer or discharge a resident except for medical reasons, for the resident's safety or for the safety of other residents, or for nonpayment for the resident's stay, unless limited by the Federal Social Security Act.1
