§ 684.27. Applicability to volunteer health practitioners
Currentness
The Uniform Emergency Volunteer Health Practitioners Act applies to volunteer health practitioners registered with a registration system that complies with Section 7 of this act1 and who provide health or veterinary services in this state for a host entity while an emergency declaration is in effect.
