§ 2666. Limited liability
B. Unless the current annual statement of the corporation discloses a surplus of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00), such corporation shall not contract for providing optometric service or indemnity without a stated contingent liability of the participating optometrists licensed in optometry in Oklahoma and who meet the standards and rules of practice of the corporation, which shall not be less than one time nor more than ten times the annual cash premium or dues expressed in the policy or contract.
