Currentness
The Administrator of Consumer Credit shall, upon approval by the Commission on Consumer Credit, establish by rule a process whereby mortgage brokers, mortgage lenders and mortgage loan originators may challenge information entered into the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry by the Administrator.
