§ 1430.39. Conditional license for group home in receivership
Currentness
Other provisions of the Group Homes for Persons with Developmental or Physical Disabilities Act1 notwithstanding, the Department of Human Services may issue a conditional license to a provider placed in receivership. The duration of a license issued under this section is limited to the duration of the receivership.
