§ 924.3. Appeals of rating classifications
Currentness
The Insurance Commissioner shall adopt rules and regulations creating a procedure for an employer to appeal its rating classification for workers' compensation insurance to the Commissioner. Any hearings pursuant to this procedure shall be subject to the Administrative Procedures Act.1
